Step 2: After screening the CV and Cover Letter, if the applicant has the relevant experience, we will proceed with phone screening.
The phone screening will take approximately 15-20minutes.
It will be with the recruiter for the role.
The wait time to be informed if they are successful after screening will be 1-2 weeks max.
Step 3: After phone screening, we require candidates to progress to the next stage of the process by completing a video interview.
They will receive a separate e-mail invitation from HireVue outlining instructions for completing this video interview for a role at MinterEllison.

Step 4: After the Hiring Manager reviews the CV, Cover Letter, Phone screening and Video Interview, we will invite you for a first-round interview.
Step 5: After a successful first-round interview, you will be asked to be invited for a second and final interview
