The trainers are always by your side, and they imbibe in you all of the things that you’d been sorely missing - the TW goodies - pair programming, test-driven development, feedback culture - the whole nine yards.

The diversity of the cohort is what I’ve loved most. People come from a variety of backgrounds and having that exchange of ideas in class has been very beneficial.

Aylin Cunsolo is a newly promoted Partner in Baker McKenzie's Energy Resources Infrastructure & Corporate team. She commenced with the Firm as an Articled Clerk in 2008.

In my role as an analyst, I spend most of my time doing the maths. This includes processing and manipulating data and updating and building models.

If anyone asks me, how are you today? I always say that I am better than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow!

I’m still a little bit in awe of all the science that happens at ANSTO. Seeing the work that goes into keeping the reactor running is motivation for me to keep learning and pushing myself.
