Justin [00:00:00] So let's say the applicant's gone through the whole process. They finished. How long after finishing that application process can they expect to hear back from you?
Charlene [00:00:08] Once you come to a recruitment day or an assessment center, we usually try to get back to you within 48 hours to 72 hours. Some locations may or some teams might take a bit longer, maybe a week or two. But we try our best as soon as possible to get you an outcome, whether it's a positive one or one to give extra feedback to you as quickly as possible.
Justin [00:00:29] Okay. So even if it is a negative outcome, you do still reach out to them and let them know.
Charlene [00:00:33] Yes, definitely. So if it's not a great outcome for you in their office, we always want you to be part of our communities. We want to come away learning something. Hopefully, we make offers to most people. But we do try to collect feedback from the interview and the group activity to make sure that you come away from recruitment day having some feedback.
